Accessing the graffiti removal service is straightforward for URBA members:
– Step 1: Report the Graffiti – call the URBA On Call Team 250.998.0335. Provide the location, a brief description, and, if possible, photographs of the graffiti.
– Step 2: Scheduling a Site Visit. Our team will schedule a visit, within 24 hours, and determine the most suitable removal method.
– Step 3: Removal Process – The On Call Team will apply specialized cleaning solutions and techniques tailored to the affected surface. We prioritize both effectiveness and preservation of your property’s appearance.
– Step 4: Reporting to RCMP – The On Call Team will file a report with photos to the RCMP for you, saving you time.
